CONTRACTORS OFTEN ASK….

Do you work with my Client?

Yes, from design and layout all the way through we will take the responsibility of the cabinets off your shoulders to make your job easier. Once we begin work with a contractor we will do our very best to learn your ways that you operate and build a relationship hopefully for years to come. We have a list of satisfied contractors that we have worked with for years!

Will you mark out the plumbing and electric locations for appliances and sinks?

Yes! We come out to the Jobsite and clearly mark out for all appliances, plumbing for sinks etc, and go over the layout. We will clearly go over the arrangement with the client to consider such things as walkway space, etc making sure there is enough room for furniture considering all things relevant that may cause an obstruction.

How long does the process take?

The length of the process depends on the size of the job. We can give you an accurate estimate after we fully understand the scope of the project. Some kitchens can be done in as little as 2 weeks some 4-6 weeks.

Do you finish cabinets?

Yes. We can custom match and custom finish with stains, paints, and glazes. (We do not refinish existing cabinets.)

Can I use my own painter to finish cabinets?

Yes. We would be glad to finish them for you, but if you have your own painter, we can build the cabinets unfinished.

What are your Hours of Operation?

Monday-Friday 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Its always best to schedule an appointment because we are very often unavailable with other clients. We can also meet you at other times except on Sundays.

Can I bring my own designs or will you design cabinets for me?

Certainly, if you have pictures of styles you like, they will be helpful. We will also be glad to help you create a design/style for your cabinets. We have many ideas from previous jobs here in our gallery, on facebook, Houzz, or our Instagram page.

Do you reface cabinet doors and drawer fronts
?

We do not do cabinet refacing. We can make new doors and / or drawers, but we do not install them.

Yes. We sell and install countertops. From laminate to Granite and Quartz we can help you get the top you need. Even butcher block and cultured marble tops.

Do you have a showroom where we can look at your work?

Yes. We have a showroom with cabinets, door samples, and finishes that are available for your viewing.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

No, we do not. We try to fit small orders in with kitchen orders. One door, or one small cabinet, or vanity is not too small of an order.

What is the Difference Between Custom Cabinets and Factory Cabinets?

There are several options and distinctions between the two.

There are different levels of factory cabinets. We do not carry any that have particle board or presswood material, though there are many “off the shelf” factory cabinets that are.

Our contractor-grade cabinets are solid wood and with dovetail drawer slides and hinges. This is our entry-level cabinet and they get better from here.

We carry several brands

  • Prefabbed Advantages
    • Better Priced
    • For most a better baked on conversion Finish
    • Turn around time
  • Custom Advantages
    • Quality of the construction
    • Not Limited to three-inch increments
    • In custom, you can get any color, any option, and any style available based on the ability of the cabinet maker
    • Custom depths
    • Custom Widths
  • Semi-Custom
    • These are a mixture of the two.
    • Here you are not necessarily sticking with 3” increments but have the ability to “customize” certain aspects of the
    • cabinets and colors.

What materials do you use? What options do you have for finishes?

In Prefabbed cabinets there are limitations to what that particular company offers. But, in custom, we are able to do any finish that you can imagine. Paints, stains, distressing, pen glazes, or full brushed glazes.

Do you do free estimates?

Yes! We will come out to your home to take measurements and get a better understanding of what you are looking for. Then we will go back and design your kitchen or cabinets and email that back with an estimate.

Do you have any type of warranty?

We go above and beyond to deliver quality customer service. Because of this, we honor our work. Although we don’t have a specific warranty, if you’ve had service with us for custom cabinets, give us a call anytime you have questions or trouble and we make it right. Additionally, any factory cabinet may or may not be backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. The best thing, Holman’s Cabinets will walk you through the entire warranty process, and we help you when you need it most. Rest assured, with early 40 years of experience, we know what we’re doing. That’s why we choose the products with the best quality, reputation, and warranty when you need it most!

Do you refinish or modify existing cabinets?

No. We do not refinish or modify existing cabinets.
